• Which of the five aspects of being Others Focused (Attentive, Curious, Empathic, Humble, Agapone) came most naturally to you? Why do you think it/they came naturally to you? Which of the aspects of being Others Focused required more accountability? Why do you think it/they were for challenging for you?

• How might you describe the current context at Coborn’s? What is unique to this particular season? Perhaps it includes the context of 4DX and the execution of the Model Store Playbook. Given this current moment, what challenges are the people you lead facing? How do you think a poor leader would react and handle this current climate? What actions would a poor leader take?
